Real Art is seeking an iOS Application Developer to join our Dayton team. This position will be responsible for developing mobile apps for iOS. In collaboration with designers, developers at Real Art will help bring unexpected interactive experiences to life. You must have a highly refined set of technical skills and fluency in all things Apple, as well as a passion for learning new things and an incredible sense of modern web and mobile user experience design.

Because of our awesome collaborative environment, this position isn’t for the remote developer; this is a full-time, permanent position-and hey, we want to see your smiling face in person each day.

In this role, you will be charged with developing, testing, deploying, and supporting mobile apps. Our ideal candidate has experience launching mobile, web-service driven apps in the Apple App Store and through the Apple Enterprise Program. You should have strong skills in mobile UX design, coding, and support/maintenance. You should have a solid grasp of graphics, layout, transition, and feedback on mobile platforms. In addition, you work quickly and efficiently to solve problems with attention to detail, and are able to manage multiple projects effortlessly, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with team members across Real Art’s diverse disciplines. Most importantly, we are looking for a fun-loving individual who loves the work they do, and believes in pushing at the bounds of what’s possible.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong programming skills with Objective-C
  • Experience developing for iOS
  • Good knowledge of Xcode and related developer tools
  • Ability to set up, admin and test own development
  • A love for both user experience and clean, beautiful code

  • An app that is available in the app store
  • Experience with other languages and platforms
  • Crazy amazing debugging skills
