Knock it off!

These people have tried every tactic in the book over the last four years to unseat a duly elected President by the people and for the people; THAT is insurrection, and a threat to democracy.

Now their guy has stolen an election, and they still can’t seem to quit……unbelievable.

The Marxist Democratic party is at it yet again; they are trying to draft articles of impeachment against President Trump as we speak. The 25th Amendment is being thrown around again.

So, can they do it? or is this just cheap political theatre?

Lindsay Graham does not seem to think it is appropriate, but he won’t rule it out. Attorney Alan Dershowitz straight up says it won’t work.

I don’t know about you, but I trust a brilliant attorney like Dershowitz far more than I trust a RINO like Graham.

Trending Politics had more:

On Thursday, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham weighed in on invoking the 25th Amendment against President Donald Trump after a group of protesters stormed the Capitol building.

Despite stating he didn't think invoking the amendment would be "appropriate," Graham did say "all options" were "on the table" in case "something else happens."

“As to the 25th Amendment being invoked, I do not believe that’s appropriate at this point,” Graham said in a statement. “I’m looking for a peaceful transfer of power, I’m looking for the next 14 days to reset, and we will hand off power in a traditional sense.”

The Gateway Pundit also reported:

US Attorney and legal scholar Alan Dershowitz joined Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures this morning to discuss Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat Party’s latest plans to impeach President Trump before the inauguration ceremonies next week.

According to Alan Dershowitz Democrats have zero chance of impeaching President Trump this week or after he leaves office.

Alan Dershowitz: “The case cannot come to trial in the Senate. Because the Senate has rules and the rules would not allow the case to come to trial until, according to the majority leader, until 1 PM on January 20th an hour after President Trump leaves office. And the Constitution specifically says, “The President shall be removed from office upon impeachment.” It doesn’t say the former president. Congress has no power to impeach or try a private citizen, whether it be a private citizen named Donald Trump or named Barack Obama or anyone else.”
