Nevada law requires that the licensee and their broker maintain agency disclosure documentation for a period of five years from the date the document was executed.

Therefore, the Duties Owed form along with the Consent to Act form must be maintained in the broker's files for the required period. These documents, along with any listing agreements, buyer representation agreements, and transaction sale documentation must also be maintained in accordance with Real Estate Division record keeping procedures and requirements.
