Family members are asking for the public’s help in locating a 22-year-old UC Irvine student last seen walking near the Golden Gate Bridge tunnel on Black Friday.

Gavin Cusi Octaviano, an alumnus of St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco, traveled to San Francisco on Nov. 21 to spend Thanksgiving with his family and celebrate his birthday. On Nov. 23, surveillance cameras captured him parking a family member’s 2008 Mercedes Benz C 300 in the northern Golden Gate Bridge parking lot at 5:20 p.m., according to a statement from his family.
