F - J Initial measurement period

Initial measurement period – The first measurement period, chosen by the employer, that applies to new employees. This time period may be not less than 3 consecutive calendar months and not more than 12 consecutive calendar months. Further, the stability period for new employees must be the same length as the stability period for ongoing employees.
