In addition to the mandatory educational requirements, a broker applicant must also complete any three COURSES of the following “ELECTIVE COURSES”:

- Advanced Legal Aspects of Real Estate
- Advanced Real Estate Finance
- Advanced Real Estate Appraisal
- Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending
- Computer Applications in Real Estate
- Common Interest Development (2004)
