Preparing for this session:

To participate in this event you’ll need to ensure that the computer or device you are using for this session is Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) enabled.

1. Windows users: all versions of Windows are RDP-enabled by default, please check with your IT administrator if you have questions about your device’s settings.
2. Mac users: launch the AppStore and install the free Microsoft Remote Desktop app prior to your session.

*Please note: Some firewalls block Remote Desktop Protocol. If your organization has a firewall, please verify with your IT administrator that you can access Remote Desktop Protocol prior to the session.

To further enhance your experience, we recommend using dual monitors if you have them available (this is not mandatory for participation).
