  • Quid Pro Quo (this for that): Harassment를 응대해 주는 댓가로 특별히 보호나 혜택을 받는 경우, 대부분  상사와 직원간에 이루어집니다.

  • Hostile Work Environment: 어떠한 형태로든지 일하는 곳의 분위기를 편하지 않게 만드는 경우에 해당합니다.
–Conduct creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
