One of Nelson Frank's best client's is in the process of searching for a ServiceNow Developer with an on-site position or the option for remote w/ travel. As a ServiceNow partner they are looking for a developer to support their internal platform to run and use ITSM and ITOM. The environment of this company is very exciting and maintains a continuous upward trajectory with plenty of opportunity for growth. Located in Orange County our client continues to pursue excellence in every facet of their organization. They are looking to improve and grow their team of developers to support their exceptional IT department.

 

Responsibilities

  • Use of Incident Problem, Change, Asset, and PPM
  • Use of the Jakarta version of ServiceNow
  • Confidence and knowledge of ServiceNow to make corrections and perform challenging tasks
  • Development experience and ITIL process expertise
  • Ability to articulate changes that are needed to be made

Requirements

  • 1-3 Years' experience using ServiceNow
  • ITIL and development expertise
  • Experience using ITSM and ITOM running Incident Problem, Change, Asset, and PPM
  • Extensive knowledge of Jakarta, Kingston, or London
  • Customization experience will make a great impression
  • Partner experience is needed
