As our (first!) Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in building one of the most exciting startups. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, have a deep understanding of business plans and strategy, partner with global business leadership, profile the best candidates and develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively source and recruit passive and active candidates to attract and hire the most competitive talent
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Serve as a subject matter expert when it comes to talent acquisition, advising your hiring teams on the best practices and ensuring a smooth operational cadence
REQUIREMENTS
You may be a match for this role if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with experience hiring competitive Sales and GTM talent. Previous experience recruiting for a start-up SaaS company is preferred
- You know how to work on a small but highly effective team and can grow with us
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process
- Experience sourcing and attracting talent
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and determining priorities
- Experience collaborating with team members and hiring managers in various locations globally
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, culture add, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude
- Experience recruiting in international countries and partnering with international colleagues is a plus
