Two men sentenced to life without parole in 2019 Irvine home-invasion killing. Orange County Superior Court Judge Michael Cassidy on Friday sentenced Omar Miller, 47, and Andrew Andrews, 41, to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the October 26, 2019, killing of 20-year-old Raymond Alcala at a home on Bayleaf in Irvine. Irvine police confirmed Thursday that James Wehr, 27, of Irvine—co-founder of South OC Cars & Coffee—was driving the 2019 McLaren that crashed and burned early September 13 at Culver Drive and Deerfield Avenue, killing him and passenger Alexis “Lexi” Kramer, 22, of Lakeland, Florida. The approval covers master-plan, subdivision, density-bonus, park, and environmental steps; construction still depends on remaining permits and engineering, and pricing and an opening timeline have not been announced.
